Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – PT Nestlé Indonesia opens its voice regarding the Termination of Employment (PHK) policy for employees in Kejayan, East Java as of October 31 2023. Nestle management said this step was taken to make adjustments to their business so that it becomes more efficient and grows in the long term.
“Nestlé has been operating in Indonesia since 1971. For more than 50 years, we have created mutual benefits for consumers, employees, business partners and the planet. Currently, the company is adapting its business so that it becomes more agile and efficient and can continue to provide opportunities for can continue to grow in the future,” he said in a written statement quoted on Wednesday (15/11/2023).

As a result of these changes, Nestle regrets, some employee roles will be impacted. The company will do its best to minimize the impact of these changes for employees and ensure there is no disruption in its service to consumers and business partners.
