Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – President Joko Widodo invited three presidential candidates who will contest in the 2024 Presidential and Vice Presidential General Election at the Presidential Palace, Jakarta, Monday (30/10/2023).
The three presidential candidates are former governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan, former governor of Central Java Ganjar Pranowo, and Minister of Defense Prabowo Subianto.
Lunch, which was held in the Merdeka Palace dining room, started at 12.30 WIB. From CNBC Indonesia’s observations at the table, various food and drink menus were being served to eat.
The details are White Rice, Soto Lamongan, Frog Chicken, Black Pepper Beef, Roast Duck, Fried Squid, Salted Egg Fried Shrimp, Kaylan Cah Beef, Berserk Admiral Ice, and Orange Juice
“Because in Pak Prabowo’s village in Banyumas, he doesn’t eat rice, but uses lontong, kupat,” said Ganjar during a small conversation at the dining table.
On that occasion, Jokowi also offered Anies vegetables to eat.
“Mr Anies, this is this vegetable. It looks delicious,” said Jokowi.
“Yes, sir,” answered Anies.
