Road to CNBC Indonesia Awards LinkAja Wins Best Excellence Performance Fintech Tech – 10 hours ago

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The largest and most integrated economic media, CNBC Indonesia, is holding the 2023 Road to CNBC Awards ‘Best Financial Services’ as a form of appreciation for the performance of the financial services sector today.

This sector is considered to be stable and able to face increasing global uncertainty, and has even had a direct impact on providing support to society, especially business actors, to accelerate national economic recovery.

For the Best Excellence Performance Fintech category, Road to CNBC Indonesia ‘Best Financial Services’ was awarded to LinkAja. This award was handed over directly to LinkAja’s Chief Finance & Strategy Officer, Reza Ariwibowo.

For your information, LinkAja recorded quite good improvements in financial performance in 2022. The EBITDA loss percentage was able to be reduced by up to 90% compared to the previous year (2021). In terms of revenue, in 2023 LinkAja targets an increase of 30% for two consecutive years.

LinkAja is also able to achieve efficiency. As of August 2023, the marketing cost component can be reduced by more than 80%. This is accompanied by the quality of users continuing to improve, where revenue per user or average revenue per user (ARPU) has increased by 58% compared to the same period in 2022.

“Hopefully, with this award in the future, LinkAja will be able to improve its performance and become a company that is more relevant to the financial industry in Indonesia, as well as becoming a company that continues to be sustainable for the fintech industry in Indonesia,” he added.
