Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The most eagerly awaited concert for music lovers in Indonesia, Coldplay’s ‘Music of the Spheres World Tour’ Jakarta, is only a matter of days away. Therefore, potential spectators must understand the rules set by the promoter.
Ahead of Chris Martin and friends’ first concert in Indonesia, PK Entertainment as the promoter has released a guide for the audience. The guide includes information on ticket exchange, concert schedules, guides for entering the concert area (venue), guides for spectators with special needs, and security.
“Make sure you have read the information carefully before coming to Coldplay’s ‘Music of the Spheres World Tour’ concert in Jakarta,” wrote PK Entertainment via its official Instagram account (@pkentertainment.id), Monday (6/11/2023).
So, what are the rules that must be obeyed during the Coldplay ‘Music of the Spheres World Tour’ Jakarta concert on Wednesday (15/11/2023) at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium (SUGBK)? Here’s the guide.
1. Exchange e-Ticket into a Bracelet
The identity of Coldplay’s ‘Music of the Spheres World Tour’ Jakarta concert audience is a wristband. Later, spectators will receive audience bracelets when entering the concert location.
Before getting a bracelet, potential spectators will certainly receive electronic tickets from the promoter at least three days before the day of the concert via e-mail. Later, the electronic ticket can only be scanned once to enter the concert area.
“Prepare a screenshot (screenshots) from your e-ticket to speed up the entry process. “Bracelets will be given when entering the location,” said PK Entertainment.
“Do not share or post photos of your e-ticket with a barcode display online. All forms of e-tickets, including print, paper and digital on electronic devices have a unique and personal barcode,” advised PK Entertainment.
2. Concert Schedule
Based on the schedule to date, potential spectators can start entering pre-function area at 13.00 WIB.
The entrance to the GBK venue opens at 17.00 WIB for Ultimate Experience and My Universe ticket holders. Meanwhile, ticket holders in all categories can only enter the venue when the doors open at 17.30 WIB.
Ultimate Experience ticket holders are scheduled for a backstage tour of the concert at 16.30 WIB. In this regard, PK Entertainment urges Ultimate Experience ticket holders to arrive at the venue one hour before schedule.
Later, Coldplay’s ‘Music of the Spheres World Tour’ Jakarta will be opened by a performance by local musician, Rahmania Astrini. The appearance of Chris Martin, Guy Berryman, Jonny Buckland and Will Champion will start at 21.00 WIB.
“The schedule may change without prior notice,” emphasized PK Entertainment.
3. Login Guide
Potential spectators for Coldplay’s ‘Music of the Spheres World Tour’ Jakarta are required to arrive at the GBK area early to avoid crowds. While in the GBK area, PK Entertainment requires all parties to look after their belongings.
Apart from that, the promoter also requires prospective spectators who buy tickets simultaneously on one account to enter the venue in groups at the same time. Therefore, make sure you are not separated from the party holding the electronic ticket.
“Prepare your electronic ticket and identity card that matches the name on the electronic ticket to take a bracelet when entering the location. The bracelet must be worn at all times inside the location,” emphasized the promoter.
4. Guide for Spectators with Special Needs
The promoter provides a special entrance for spectators with special needs, such as wheelchair users, crutches and pregnant women.
Later, spectators with special needs will be accompanied by a promoter crew. Therefore, viewers who need help can ask for help by going to the medical room or asking the crew at the location.
“You must show a medical certificate as proof of disability. The organizer only accepts valid medical certificates from legitimate institutions and doctors,” emphasized PK Entertainment.
5. Prohibited Items
During the concert, the promoter prohibits spectators from carrying and using a number of items, such as professional cameras, selfie sticks, musical instruments, drones, glass bottles and cans, cigarettes or vapes, alcoholic drinks, sharp weapons, and large bags larger than A4 in size.
Apart from that, the promoter also prohibited the audience from waiting for Coldplay personnel to meet or greet inside and/or outside the venue, including those who were planning to stay overnight.
“Waiting for artists outside or inside venues (including overnight stays) is strictly prohibited,” stressed PK Entertainment.
