UCL Fantasy Matchday 17: Reaction Team FPL

Final 2024/25 UEFA Champions League (UCL) took place on Saturday night – and so did the official fantasy game of the competition, with Matchday 17.

Towards the deadline, we got a team revealed from Louis (FPL Reactions), our European soccer expert who hosted the official UCL podcast fantasy.

Goalkeeper

I have a big decision to make before the final. Sitting at 12K, I experienced a very disappointing season compared to my usual ranks. If I choose to push hard for Matchday 17, that means taking risks.

In my current arrangement, I have both Paris Saint-Germain Gianluigi Donnarumma (€ 5.8 million) and Inter Yann summer (€ 5.5 million) to be chosen. Which goalkeeper I chose will fully depend on which strategy I choose to use.

Defenders

In defense, I currently have the Arsenal Duo that was removed William Saliba And Jakub Kiwior.

Fortunately, there is a double-up PSG Achraf Hakimi (€ 5.8 million) and Nuno Mendes (€ 6.1 million), join the inter -wing defender Denzel Dumfries (€ 5.6 million).

If someone asks who the three best defenders this week are, I will say this. Each offers several routes to point, so if their team fails to keep the sheet clean, they can still get a return.
