This time, CNBC Indonesia visited one of the luxury boarding houses in the Karet Kuningan area, South Jakarta, namely Miers Kuningan, which was curated by the ARTOTEL hotel chain. Previously, this boarding house which still provided weekly and monthly room rental services was called Suites at Seven.
Based on observations, the boarding house is located at Gang H. Sidik, Jl. H. Sidik No.7, Karet Kuningan, Setiabudi, South Jakarta is in a fairly quiet environment. When seen from the outside, the boarding house, which is closely guarded by security guards 24 hours a day, looks magnificent and clean.
Entering the main door, we were greeted by the waiting room (lobby) which is clean, spacious and magnificent. On the right side lobby, there is a wall shower which gives the impression of a beautiful boarding house. Apart from that, the wooden elements that are widely used in the building also add a cool impression to the occupants.

This boarding house, which is very close to Ciputra World, ITC Kuningan, Ambassador Mall, and the Kuningan office area, offers luxurious public facilities, namely lifts, gathering areas, rooftops with views of the buildings in the Kuningan area, as well as restaurants.
We also had the opportunity to visit the Studio 23 type room which is priced at IDR 16.2 million per month, Thursday (2/11/2023).
Studio type room 23 This 23 square meter area is equipped with room door access facilities with card, air conditioning, bed queen sizewardrobe, private bathroom with water heater, mini barmini refrigerator, small sofa, safety boxhair dryer, cable TV and garden view windows.

What’s special, as soon as you open the window, you will be presented with a view of the pool with the gentle gurgling of the water. At first glance it gives the impression of a calming Ubud.

Guests can also rent this room for a 14-day stay. Meanwhile, the cost for 14 days of accommodation is IDR 7.98 million.
Apart from the Studio 23 room type, There is one other type of room offered by Miers Kuningan, namely Studio 28.
This Studio 28 room type has an area of 28 square meters with room door access facilities with a card, AC, bed queen sizewardrobe, private bathroom with water heater, mini bardouble door refrigerator, large sofa, safety boxhair dryer, cable TV and city view windows.
If you want to rent the Studio 28 room type, you have to be willing to spend IDR 18.9 million per month. However, you only need to pay IDR 9.3 million if you only want to stay for 14 days.
This boarding house also provides shared facilities in the form of a gym and lounge meetings.
