Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The promoter of Coldplay’s ‘Music of the Spheres World Tour’ Jakarta concert stated that as many as 77 percent or around 61.6 thousand of the 80 thousand spectators returned Xyloband bracelets after the concert was held on Wednesday (15/11/2023). This news was confirmed by the public relations consultant for Coldplay’s ‘Music of the Spheres World Tour’ Jakarta promoter, Image Dynamics, through an official statement, Wednesday (22/11/2023).
“Coldplay management has confirmed to the promoters, namely TEM Presents and PK Entertainment, that Xyloband’s return rate for the Coldplay concert on November 15 2023 at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium, Jakarta is 77 percent,” wrote Image Dynamic.
In the same statement, Image Dynamic emphasized that the news on social media which stated that the return rate for Xyloband for Coldplay’s ‘Music of the Spheres World Tour’ Jakarta concert was only 52 percent was not true.
“In connection with the information circulating regarding Xyloband’s return rate of 52 percent, we, as public relations consultants for the promoters of Coldplay Music of the Spheres World Tour 2023 Jakarta, have clarified that this information is wrong,” emphasized Image Dynamics.
Previously, netizens were shocked by the news that the Xyloband bracelet that was returned to Coldplay after the concert in Jakarta was only 52 percent intact. The rumors strengthened after a number of spectators showed off the Xyloband bracelets they had taken home.

For your information, Xyloband is a small white bracelet that lights up colorfully while Chris Martin, Guy Berryman, Jonny Buckland and Will Champion appear on stage.
The bracelet, which has been used since the ‘Mylo Xyloto Tour’, lights up according to the theme and melody of the song sung by Coldplay.
At the ‘Music of the Spheres World Tour’ concert, Coldplay again used Xyloband for the audience to use while inside the venue. However, this time Xyloband is produced with more environmentally friendly materials.
After the concert ended, Coldplay’s promoters and management appealed to the audience to return the Xyloband so that it could be used again in the country of the next tour destination.
