Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – A group of economists who are members of INDEF are waiting for three economic solutions from the three Indonesian presidential candidates, namely Anies Baswedan, Prabowo Subianto, and Ganjar Pranowo.
INDEF together CNBC Indonesia holding a Workshop of 100 INDEF Economists which is planned to be attended by Anies, Prabowo and Ganjar.
INDEF Executive Director Tauhid Ahmad said economists were looking forward to the presidential candidates’ ideas for developing the Indonesian economy in the next 5 years.
It is hoped that the ideas of the presidential candidates can improve the Indonesian economy, especially in three areas, namely a green economy, an inclusive economy and a superior economy.
“The presence of 100 economists seeks to find concrete solutions in improving the economy, accelerating a green, inclusive and superior economy,” said Tauhid at the 100 Economists Workshop, Wednesday (8/11/2023).
He stated that real action was needed to improve the economy in facing challenges and finding solutions.
“For market players, it is a reference for attracting investors. For the community, the sense of economic alignment can start from the bottom up, including ensuring socio-economic and environmental sustainability for future communities,” said Tauhid.
