BKN Receives 39,000 CPNS Reports: There Are Questions About Security News – 1 hour ago

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The State Civil Service Agency (BKN) received 39,001 reports regarding the obstacles faced by participants in the 2023 State Civil Service Candidate (CASN) selection. The obstacles faced by the participants were submitted through the CASN 2023 helpdesk service.

“From the helpdesk that entered BKN there were several questions that came in, starting from forgetting answers to security questions and so on,” said Deputy for Personnel Information Systems at BKN Suharmen in the CASN 2023 Selection Transparency Dissemination webinar, Monday (20/11/2023).

As is known, BKN provides helpdesk services on the ASN candidate application site, namely at the link helpdesk-sscasn.bkn.go.id. Through the help desk page, prospective applicants can get answers if they encounter problems, for example forgetting passwords and the like.

Questions can be asked during the CASN selection stage which has now reached the Basic Competency Selection (SKD) test stage. Up to this stage of the SKD test, BKN has received tens of thousands of obstacles from prospective participants in various numbers and types.

The most frequent reports received by BKN were about universities and study programs not being found. Then the second place is forgetting the number of Category II Honorary Staff (THK). The following are the number of reports received by BKN.

-Forgot security answer-2: 5,534
-Forgot THK II number: 7,230
-NIK registered by someone else: 478
-Ex THK II check: 303
-Universities and study programs not found: 24,207
-No longer ASN, but still registered as ASN: 165|
-Registered as an active ASN even though he is not an ASN: 1,084

Suharmen claims that BKN has answered all these questions. According to him, none of the complaint tickets received were answered by this personnel agency.

“From every helpdesk that entered BKN, there were no unanswered ones. A total of 39,001 submitted complaints and all were answered by BKN,” he said.
