The police have launched an investigation after the property tax line sees Angela Rayner’s sea edge house targeted by the drifkers.
Deputy Prime Minister received criticism after he admitted that yesterday he was wrongly not paid by a stamp duty tax on flat hove £ 800,000.
MP Ashton-Underne, who is also the secretary of housing, has faced a call from the opposition to resign.
Today, Graffiti appears on the walls outside the Rayner Hove apartment near Brighton, with words ‘B ****’ and ‘Evader Tax’ watched on white painted walls.
On the other hand the road, ‘Evader Rayner Tax’ and ‘Rayner Tax Avoidance’ sprayed on the construction wall.

A Sussex Police Spokesman tells Metro: ‘We have been aware of graffiti outside the address at Hove, on Thursday (4 September).
‘The problem is treated as a criminal damage and we proactively ask questions to gather information about the situation.
“We will contact the homeowner to identify and overcome further concerns.”
Spokesman Rayner said that vandalism was ‘at all unjustified and was beyond pale,’ added that the problem was up to the police now to take action.
A spokesman for the Prime Minister said Sir Keir ‘condemned this vandalism in terms of as strong as possible.
“Whatever supervision that may be faced by our MPs, is terrible that their private home must be targeted in this way,” he said.
Sir Keir Starmer has not hinted a plan to fire him even though the problem is awkward for the labor government.
Now the top brass workers have thrown their weight behind Rayner in the face of intensifying criticism and vandalism.
Kemi Badenoch gave the Prime Minister on the tax controversy, said if he had a ‘backbone’ he would fire him.
His party has written to HMRC and asked him to launch his own investigation of whether Rayner tried to avoid taxes. Rayner called himself the prime minister’s ethical advisor, who oversees ministerial standards, for investigation.
Farage Nigel Reform said before appearing in front of the US Congress Committee, hearing about freedom of speech that he did not ‘see how Angela Rayner could survive this.’
Chancellor Rachel Reeves said Rayner had ‘full confidence’ after ‘mistakes.’
He said: ‘I have full trust in Angela Rayner. He is a good friend and colleague he has received the right stamp duty is not paid.
‘That’s a mistake, that’s a mistake. He is working hard now to fix it, which is related to HMRC to ensure that the correct tax is paid. ‘
Reeves added that ‘incumbent to all of us to try to understand the rules correctly.’
No. 10 Downing Street repeated the statement of the previous Prime Minister about Rayner, said he maintained Sir Keir’s ‘full trust’.
However, the Downing Street spokesman refused to commit to him to live in the post for all parliament.
The spokesman said: “You have the words of the Prime Minister at home yesterday, he said that he followed the right action and expressed his pride in his work as his representative.”
Bridget Phillipson insisted that Rayner had ‘acted in good faith, trying to act precisely with the information available to him.’
However, he refused to ‘speculate’ over Rayner’s fate and whether he would still play a role in Christmas.
Lucy Powell, leader of the House of Commons, said ‘conservative criticism is’ because he is very good at his work. ‘
What are the experts said about tax issues?
It has now emerged that the Deputy Prime Minister reportedly asked for advice from several different sources about stamp duty, and none of them were said to tell him that he lacked at the flat hove.
Court orders relating to Rayner’s disabled son and family home and family home of Greater Manchester, who were appointed on Tuesday night, reportedly prevented Rayner and Prime Minister from talking about this problem in more detail before.
Rayner is thought to have received the last legal advice from his KC on Wednesday morning, confirmed that the previous suggestion about the tax was inaccurate, encouraged him to issue a public statement and refer himself to the ethical advisor.
Jay Sanghrajka, a tax partner at the Bailey Price Accountants in London, commented on the problem of spinning stamp duty around Angela Rayner: ‘What Angela Rayner has done is general tax planning. If he has the second house he bought, there is an additional 5% SDLT fee paid (£ 40,000 to 5% from £ 800,000).
‘I understand that he has released his name in the land registry of his home in Manchester. This is to show that he has thrown away his “main place to live” and get “new main residence” at Hove. How he did this would be speculation but he could give prizes, sell, transfer the previous house to other people or entities.
‘If someone lives in one residence, then the place of residence is their main residence but if they have more than one house, then the problem is more complicated. Various factors must be considered to see which houses are their main homes. Spending more time in one house does not always make it their main home.
‘Tax cases in the 1980s showed various factors to help determine the main place of residence in situations where a person has more than one house. Where do the families spend most of their time, especially if the person is married or in civil partnership? If there are children involved, which property do they go to school? At which address is an individual registered to choose? Where does the person work? How does every residence be equipped? Which address do they use to receive correspondence? Where is the individual registered with a doctor or dentist? At which address is an individual vehicle registered and insured? Which property is registered as the main residence for council taxes?
‘The main place to live for SDLT may not have to be the same as those nominated for capital gain tax purposes.’
