Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The concert most eagerly awaited by music lovers in Indonesia, Coldplay’s ‘Music of the Spheres World Tour’ Jakarta will take place at the Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) Main Stadium tomorrow, Wednesday (15/11/2023).
As the day of the event approaches, quite a few parties suddenly cancel their attendance and are forced to sell or give their concert tickets to other people.
Quoting from the promoter’s official Instagram account, PK Entertainment (@pkentertainment.id), tickets that have been purchased may change hands. One of the crucial requirements that must be met is a power of attorney.
“For ticket holders who are unable to attend the Coldplay ‘Music of the Spheres World Tour’ Jakarta concert and whose tickets will be transferred to someone else, there are several documents that must be prepared by representatives,” wrote PK Entertainment, quoted Tuesday (14/11/2023 ).
So, what are the requirements for changing hands for tickets to the Coldplay ‘Music of the Spheres World Tour’ Jakarta concert?
- Power of attorney signed on a stamp of IDR 10 thousand
- Photocopy of identity card (KTP, SIM, or Passport) with the name printed on the electronic ticket
- Supporting documents as reasons for takeover
“Make sure to bring all the necessary documents to ensure your smooth progress at the Coldplay ‘Music of the Spheres World Tour’ Jakarta concert,” advised PK Entertainment.
Previously, PK Entertainment announced that electronic tickets would be sent to prospective audiences at least three days before the concert day via e-mail. Later, the electronic ticket can only be scanned once to enter the concert area.
“Prepare a screenshot of your electronic ticket to speed up the entry process. Wristbands will be given when entering the location,” said PK Entertainment.
“Do not share or post photos of your e-ticket with a barcode display online. All forms of e-tickets, including print, paper and digital on electronic devices have a unique and personal barcode,” advised PK Entertainment.
Coldplay Concert Schedule at GBK
Based on the current schedule, potential spectators can start entering the pre-function area at 13.00 WIB.
The entrance to the GBK venue opens at 17.00 WIB for Ultimate Experience and My Universe ticket holders. Meanwhile, ticket holders in all categories can only enter the venue when the doors open at 17.30 WIB.
Later, Coldplay’s ‘Music of the Spheres World Tour’ Jakarta will be opened by a performance by local musician, Rahmania Astrini. The appearance of Chris Martin, Guy Berryman, Jonny Buckland and Will Champion will start at 21.00 WIB.
