After a month of treatment in Singapore, Luhut can lift weights News – 7 hours ago

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment (Menko Marves) Luhut Binsar Pandjaitam revealed the latest condition regarding his health, since he has been treated in Singapore for the past 1 month.

In his personal Instagram social media account @luhut.pandjaitan he revealed that currently Luhut can do light exercise such as walking and lifting weights.

“I’ve been walking every day now, in increments of 1.5-2 Kilo Meters (KM). I’ve started lifting a little weight. I’ve started doing a little plank too, even though it’s only been 15 seconds,” said Luhut, Saturday (18/11 /2023).

He said that since 3 days ago, Luhut had been allowed to leave the hospital, namely General Hospital Singapore. However, Luhut said he could not return to his homeland because he was still undergoing treatment there until he fully recovered.

“Talking about my current physical condition, thank God, I am very happy that I can start exercising intensely,” he added.

Apart from that, he claimed that he didn’t feel much difference in himself from before he had to be treated until after he became ill.

In fact, Luhut joked that the only difference he felt was that his hair looked white.

“The only difference is that the hair color needs to be re-polished. This different hair color is perhaps a sign that I miss the atmosphere in Indonesia,” he said.
