Arsenal defender Gabriel Magalhaes was forced off the pitch with a suspected groin injury during Brazil’s friendly against Senegal on Saturday.
The 27-year-old limped off in the 64th minute of the match at the Emirates Stadium and was seen pointing to the inside of his right thigh while talking to Brazil’s medical team.
Goals from Chelsea’s Estevao and Manchester United midfielder Casemiro sealed Brazil’s 2-0 win.
Brazil will play Tunisia in another friendly in Lille on Tuesday, but Gabriel is unlikely to be risked.
Arsenal hope Gabriel will be available for their next Premier League match, which is the north London derby against Tottenham next Sunday.

Mikel Arteta already has another defensive injury worry when Riccardo Calafiori withdrew from the Italy squad on Saturday with a hip injury.
“He has tried, and we are grateful for the professionalism, desire and dedication he has shown, which is good for us as a group,” said Italy head coach Gennaro Gattuso.
“We could make him grit his teeth, but that wouldn’t be fair because he’s going to be fighting every three or four days.”
Arsenal are currently four points ahead of Manchester City at the top of the Premier League.
