Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Samsung officially launched the M54 5G in Indonesia in November 2023.
This is the newest cellphone from the M series which offers powerful specifications, especially the battery, camera and screen.
The Samsung Galaxy M54 has a battery with a capacity of 6,000 mAh, supporting the 25W fast charging feature which can charge up to 50% in 30 minutes.
Apart from that, the Samsung Galaxy M54 also has a reverse charging feature which can charge other devices via a USB-C cable.
The screen is a Super AMOLED+ type measuring 6.7 inches, FHD+ resolution, and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The Samsung Galaxy M54 5G has dimensions of 167.7 x 77.2 x 8.8 mm and weighs 208 grams.
The Samsung Galaxy M54 5G carries a 108MP main camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), 8MP ultrawide and 2MP macro features. Meanwhile, the front camera has 32MP resolution.
The processor uses an Exynos 1380 paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB ROM. If there is not enough, there is a Micro SD slot to increase the capacity up to 1TB.

The operating system uses OneUI 5.1 based on Android 13. Samsung guarantees Android OS updates up to 4 times and security updates for 5 years.
“For OS, updates are calculated from Android 13 to Android 17, while security updates are calculated from 2023 to 2028,” said MX Product Marketing Manager Samsung Electronics Taufiq Furqan, in Jakarta, Tuesday (14/11/2023).

The Samsung Galaxy M54 5G sells for IDR 6,499,000 in Dark Blue and Silver color variants. Pre-orders for the cellphone take place during the period 10-16 November 2023. And will be available online in retail stores starting 17 November 2023.
Consumers can get several benefits when taking part in the pre-order session, such as getting a bonus worth IDR 816,000 which includes Samsung Care+ full protection for 6 months free, bundling a 25W Travel Adapter, and 2 months of YouTube Premium.
