Senior Insurance Industry Observer, Kornelius Simanjuntak in the Road to CNBC Indonesia Awards 2023 assessed that the condition of the insurance industry in Indonesia is not in good condition.
This condition is caused by a number of factors, starting from a number of cases of failure to pay that befell insurance companies, causing confidence in insurance to decline.
