Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia –United States President Joe Biden finally held bilateral talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping on the sidelines of this year’s APEC Summit. Binden said four hours of discussions with Xi had resulted in two important agreements, namely limiting fentanyl production and military-to-military communications.
