Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia- The government has stipulated additional collective leave in the Christmas 2023 period so that there are 4 days off in Christmas week, namely from 23-26 December 2023.

General Chair of the Indonesian Fiber & Filament Yarn Producers Association (APSyFI), Redma Gita Wirawasta, said the long holiday would be another burden for the upstream textile sector. This is due to disruptions in logistics transportation of raw materials during holidays, which further puts pressure on performance considering that factory utilization is only 45%.
